Amanida d'espinacs i Roquefort/ Ensalada de espinacas y Roquefort/ Salad of spinachs and Roquefort/ Salada de espinafres e Roquefort

- Tallar finament els espinacs i barrejar-los amb el Roquefort tallat a daus petits. Afegir sal, oli, pebre negre i vinagre.

- Cortar finamente las espinacas y mezclarlas con el Roquefort cortado a dados pequeños. Añadir sal, aceite, pimienta negra y vinagre.

- Cut thin the spinachs and add the Roquefort in small dices. Add salt, oil, black pepper and vinegar.

- Cortar os espinafres bem finos e adicionar o Roquefort em dados. Adicionar sal, azeite, pimenta negra e vinagre.
