- Bollir 650 g de moniato en 3 gots d'aigua i 1 got de sucre. Un cop cuit el moniato, triturar afegint l'aigua de bollir fins que tingui la textura desitjada. Alternar capes de moniato i iogurt i servir fred.
- Hervir 650 g de boniato en 3 vasos de agua y un vaso de azúcar. Una vez hervido el boniato, triturar añadiendo el agua de hervir hasta conseguir la textura deseada. Alternar capas de boniato y yoghourt y servir frío.
- Boil 650 g of sweet potato in three mugs of water and one of sugar. One boiled, grind the sweet potato adding the water of boiling until having the desired texture. Put layers, alternativelly, of sweet potato and yoghourt and serve cold.
- Ferver 650 g de batata doce em três copos de àgua e um de azúcar. Uma vez cozinhado, triturar a batata adicionando o água de ferver até conseguir a textura desejada. Alternar capas de batata doce e iogurte e servir frio.
